They were amazing, gave me a lot of time to think and reflect. I think I have learnt a lot over these 5 weeks off, and hopefully will remain committed to the most important things.
This weekend, just gone, as I mentioned I stayed at an Order. It was a truly beautiful time, had quite a few good conversations about vocations which definitely helped! Surprisingly, I felt very much at peace the whole time I was there, not through being called to religious life but more so about life in general. For the time being I can say that I had no particular desire to run away and join an order! I loved having time in prayer however, and this is what I have been striving to achieve for quite some time, having set prayer time, that is.
Daily Mass is now a definite must for me. It always used to be and I'm going to make it that way again, well obviously through the Grace of God it will happen!
This all brings me back to the title, my holidays flew by! I started uni today, I can honestly say I am happy to have started back. This semester I am going to truly work on working hard! haha Pray, hope and don't worry!!!
Just before I go, I am soooooo excited because I leave for World Youth Day on the 10th August!!!! I seriously can't wait! I'll keep you updated hopefully while I am away.
